Once you pay your initial deposit, the real handiwork starts. Here at Dallas Finest, we are firm believers that initial preparation is key to a successful project, which is why we will prepare all the materials to create your dream home before we begin to touch anything.

Rough-ins are important for a construction project, as it is the stage where the various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing lines of your dream home are brought to life. Our team of in-house experts will give you that piece of mind by meticulously laying out the lines, but the connections will not be made until the project is fully accomplished for your, and our experts’, safety.

As a homeowner, you obviously do not want unpleasant surprises to your plans, which is why we provide regular 60 to 90-minute site visits. During our site visits, you can coordinate with our in-house experts on the status of your home, and interview them about the process, any encountered challenges, and possible changes, so that you will be able to see your dream home unfold before you.

The final walkthrough is the stage where you will be able to see your home renovation project in its final form; in fact, this is the most crucial stage for us to guarantee your satisfaction when it comes to your new living space. As the project finishes, you will be led by one of our in-house experts with a tour of your new home to give you a glimpse of what your new space looks like.

Once the renovation and your final walkthrough are complete, you will accomplish your final invoice as a symbol of the end of your renovation project, and the start of you living a new life in your revamped living space. The final payment will depend on the pending balance, and rest assured, will still be within your budget.
